Legislator Maffucci introduced Intro. 287 (Res. 232), a package authorizing appropriation transfers, intermunicipal agreements, and ARPA grant contracts. During floor action a motion to amend Section 7 altered the language governing intermunicipal agreements for youth and senior congregate programming and adjusted the aggregate funding cap for those agreements.
