Kenny, the field contractor, summarized PEQAPP findings and recommended replacing a chain-link fence around a tower with a locked climb-ladder cage to reduce repeated winter damage and maintenance burden; he offered to provide a quote for the work. The board and staff agreed to obtain additional quotes and evaluate contractor RFQs for upcoming dirt, concrete and antenna work.
