The Board of Clark County Commissioners approved several procurement and grant actions at its May 27 meeting. Commissioner Charles A. Patterson moved to authorize a CivicPlus contract "in the amount of: $30,872.20" for website support and domain hosting (May 6, 2026 ' May 5, 2029); the motion passed unanimously.
The board also approved Amendment #1 with IMS of Dayton to extend a digital mailing/postage-meter contract, increasing the total from $8,000 to $12,000 with an amendment of $4,000 (effective June 10, 2026 ' June 9, 2027). Commissioners approved a contract with the Clark County Educational Service Center for school resource officer services in the amount of $85,031.25 (Aug. 1, 2026 ' July 31, 2027). Per the Dog Warden's request, the board accepted a $10,000 ASPCA The Rescue Effect Campaign Grant to cover make-ready costs for adoptions and waive adoption fees during campaign months; the motion passed unanimously.
