Councilor Roger Hodge read several budget-transfer resolutions (2399–2402) covering Parks, Water, Sewer and Streets funds; Councilor Hodge also read Resolution 2403 to accept a grant award agreement with the Oregon State Fire Marshal for the Seasonal Staffing Grant and create a new budget line titled "OSFM Staffing Grant."
