County Engineer Joe Copeland told the board he approved the drainage calculations for the EDC shell building. Board members discussed the addition of a parking lot on the north side, a new driveway, and expansion of the west-side driveway to provide fire access. Member Steve Houchins moved to approve the parking lot and driveway changes; Chase Heinold seconded and the motion carried 3-0.
