The Henry County Drainage Board approved a private and mutual drain connection permit for parcel 008-01121-00 after Surveyor Stephen Rust presented the application noting applicant Daniel Chapman sought permission to connect to the county open ditch. Member Steve Houchins moved for approval; Commissioner Steve Dellinger seconded and the motion carried 3-0.
