During public comment and the culvert presentation, residents asked about opportunities for public input to permitting agencies and whether alternatives to replacing the culvert would be considered. Julie Regan (Point Vivien resident) opened the exchange by asking if the public would have a chance to respond after the report and whether the meeting’s update was the only opportunity to comment.
