Board opens public comment, hears none and adjourns
The chair opened the meeting for public comment, heard no speakers, and the board adjourned after a motion to adjourn was made and approved by voice vote.

At the end of its Aug. 6 meeting the chair opened the floor for public comment and, "seeing none and hearing none," the chair asked for a motion to adjourn. A committee member moved to adjourn and the board approved the motion by voice vote.
