Council votes to match prior year donation to BHS Project Graduation

Parents Taylor Trent and Katie Smith requested a City donation to support the Burns High School senior all‑night Project Graduation, describing the event as "a safe, supervised, and positive way to celebrate" and asking for financial contributions to provide prizes, gift cards and essentials for graduates.
