Mayor Jennifer Jones opened discussion as Holden and Rhett, representatives from Planning & Zoning, reviewed proposed additions to a tailored zoning ordinance for Stamping Ground and said the draft can be revised as needed. Commissioner Cody Meadows stressed that property owners must be comfortable with any change, saying, "I want to ensure the public knows we are not changing zoning without the property owner being comfortable with the change." P&Z indicated a public meeting will likely be held after the school year resumes so residents can review the draft.
