The board considered several conditions tied to the Maple Ridge illustrative site plan, including a formal waiver process and environmental safeguards. Chair (S1) read Condition 5: "Access road to residential land use will require waivers from section 2 10 dash 17 of Cecil Township code of ordinances," and said the final determination on any waiver would be made when the developer files a land-development application.
