At its Aug. 3 meeting Cecil Township supervisors approved a number of routine and project-specific resolutions, including subdivision and site-plan approvals, several partial releases of financial security for Silver Creek, contract final payments to Youngblood Paving and CASMAC Line Striping, and the Cool Valley illustrative-site approval with ten conditions. The board also approved a resolution to declare its Unified Development Ordinance exclusionary for data centers and ordered preparation of a curative amendment (180-day pause).
