Surface Waters Program reports algae inquiry at Beauregard Lake, invites volunteers for pondweed mapping

Zach Stewart, surface waters staff, updated the committee on recent program activities including his participation in the Woods and Water Conference and an algae inquiry at Beauregard Lake. Stewart said the program is conducting mapping and surveillance of curly‑leaf pondweed and monitoring water quality concerns.
