Committee approves Gilley zone change, forwards to County Board
The Planning & Zoning Committee approved petition 26-6 to change property from Forestry to Agricultural (Gilley owners), and unanimously referred the ordinance to the County Board for final action.

The committee voted to approve Petition No. 26-6, filed by applicant Christopher Berg on behalf of owners Charles and Kristine Gilley, to rezone a parcel from F-1 (Forestry) to A-1 (Agricultural) to allow use as a hobby farm. The Town of Wascott registered no objections during the public hearing. The committee approved the change and forwarded it to the County Board under a motion by Scott Luostari, seconded by Charles Glazman; the action carried unanimously.
