At 5:25 p.m. the New Durham Select Board approved a 3-0 motion, moved by Rita Rosiello, concluding that releasing certain information would likely harm the reputation of people other than the school and a board member. The board recessed for a site visit and will reconvene for the public session at 6:00 p.m.

At 5:25 p.m., the New Durham Select Board voted 3-0 to approve a motion stating that "divulging all this information will likely adversely affect the reputation of any person other than the school and this member of this board." The motion was presented aloud by the chair and recorded with a second and roll call; the chair announced the motion passed "3 to nothing."
