At its Dec. 16 meeting the O'Brien County Board of Supervisors appointed Chas Biery as the board's representative on the County Compensation Board for a one-year term. The minutes record: "Moved by Thomas, seconded by Vanden Hull to appoint Chas Biery for a one-year term as a representative for the Board of Supervisors on the County Compensation Board. Motion carried by all ayes."
