At the sketch-plan review the applicant described a staged approach to the site. The applicant said phase 1 would renovate and occupy the existing building for office-type uses, park company vehicles on-site, and store materials in secured containers: "We renovate the building to more of an office space than than where it is today." The applicant said containers may be added or removed as needed and that phase 2 would be a larger warehouse facility currently located elsewhere but planned to be consolidated on-site in the future.
