Planning Commission approves RV dealership conditional use

Doug Clary (Chippewa County Zoning) presented a conditional-use petition from Lee Markquart Enterprises LLC to construct an RV dealership on Commercial Blvd, stating the stormwater plan complies with the area's requirements and that remaining conditions—building size, parking area, and an aesthetically appealing building—had been met.
