Owner seeks business license for youth training program; trustees say building must pass code first

Mr. Woods of OWB Skills Enchantment Training LLC addressed the board to explain his business, located at 326 E. Sauk Trail. He told trustees he offers training for children "from ages of 5-years old to high school seniors" and that classes run 90 minutes. Discussion at the March 16 meeting focused on customer parking and whether the space meets building and fire-code requirements.
