County administration requested authorization for a comprehensive review of job descriptions, classifications and compensation; staff said the last full study took place in 2014. The Board authorized DDA to conduct a two‑year study to ensure job descriptions reflect current duties, evaluate classification levels, promote internal equity, identify efficiencies, and support recruitment and retention. Commissioner Robert S. Demuth moved the measure; Commissioner Chris Dybevick seconded it and the board approved the study.
