The Nobles County Board adopted Resolution No. 202619 and acknowledged a Mutual Termination Agreement to end the Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) for the Geronimo Power data-center proposal in Elk Township and Summit Lake Township. The termination was presented with documents for commissioner review; the motion was moved by Commissioner Justin Ahlers and seconded by Commissioner Gene Metz.
