Superintendent (speaker 2) said the recommended MOUs include a remote learning MOU between the Waterloo Board of Education and WEA for the 2026 school year and a labor agreement with the Ohio Association of Public School Employees (OAPSE) local regarding minimum hours for bus drivers for the 2025-26 school year. The board also approved CCP agreements with Akron University and Stark State College for the 2026-27 academic year. The board moved, seconded and approved the set of MOUs.
The superintendent offered to discuss any questions during the discussion period before the vote; none that altered the recommendations were raised in the meeting.
