Tilton approves iWORKS case-management system for code enforcement

Chair (speaker 2) moved to buy the software for a one-time setup fee and an annual renewal; the setup fee figures discussed by staff ranged from $1,200 to $3,800, while the recorded motion in the meeting specified a $3,200 setup fee and $2,000 annual renewal. Trustees voted to approve the purchase.
Supporters said adopting the system over the winter would give staff time to load cases and components before heavier spring activity. Trustees asked staff to confirm final setup details and vendor support commitments during implementation.
