Council approves rezoning to allow RV‑park expansion on Seymour Highway

Planning staff presented a landowner petition to rezone roughly 8.14 acres at 2944 Seymour Highway so the existing Wichita Falls RV Park can expand into an adjacent split‑zoned portion. Fabian, the planning staff presenter, said the property sits west of the Lucy Park entrance near Loop 11 and that the tract is partly zoned Manufactured Home Residential and partly General Commercial, requiring rezoning to make the park contiguous.
