The board also accepted retirements (including Elizabeth Coops, speech and language specialist, retirement effective May 31), approved one‑year limited contracts (for example, David Moore as a bus driver and cafeteria assistant) and certified substitute appointments. These personnel actions were moved, seconded and passed by voice votes as part of routine business.
