The Waterloo Local School Board approved several personnel actions Tuesday, including one‑year limited contracts for Jennifer Shanahan (4th grade teacher) and Leah Shiley (intervention specialist), and a slate of substitute and supplemental contracts for the 2025–26 school year. The board moved each item, took roll call and the motions passed.
