After adjourning into closed session under the Texas Government Code to discuss personnel matters, the Board of Trustees returned to open session at 8:19 p.m. A trustee moved to terminate Donna Hoffman’s probationary contract at the end of the contract term “in the best interest of the district.” The motion was seconded and the chair announced that the motion carried.
