A meeting participant who described their role as driving through the corridor to observe progress said the work showed an intentional effort to reduce obstructions and hazards. "It was so delightful to see what I felt was a very intentional effort to minimize obstruction, minimize the hazards for the community, and to make it a seamless, flowing project," the participant said.
