District staff presented a Professional Services Proposal for Chapter 313 Agreement reporting and maintenance of existing value limitation agreements under Chapter 313 of the Property Tax Code and JETI agreements under Chapter 403 of the Texas Government Code. The board approved the proposal on a unanimous vote after a motion by Ms. Burnett and a second by Mr. Bass.
