The Anna Independent School District Board of Trustees voted unanimously May 19 to retain its current officer slate for the 2026–2027 term, keeping Tiffany Terry as board president, Clark Miller as vice-president and Shonda Rupe as board secretary. The motion to maintain the slate was made by Cody Bridwell and seconded by Monty Renfro and passed with all members recorded in favor: Jason Adams, Cody Bridwell, Clark Miller, Monty Renfro, Shonda Rupe, Tiffany Terry and Jose Vargas.
Before the vote, Executive Administrative Assistant Heather J. Mackey administered the Statement of Officer and Oath of Office to newly elected trustees. The reorganization occurred after the board reconvened from a closed session that began at 5:31 PM; the meeting was called to order at 5:30 PM and adjourned at 8:02 PM.
