The Anna Independent School District Board of Trustees voted Nov. 17 to approve a Turnaround Plan (TAPs) for Rosamond-Sherley Elementary. Assistant Superintendent Karen Caveny presented the plan; Monty Renfro moved and Clark Miller seconded the motion, which the minutes record as "carried unanimously."
