Trustees approved a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Winona ISD for accountability data analysis at the Feb. 5 meeting. Trustee Terry Clark moved to approve the MOU as presented; Trustee Jed Sitar seconded. The motion passed 6–0 with Trustee Charles Lennon absent.
