Trustees directed all 28 of the district's votes in the Bell County Appraisal District Board election to Sam Fulcher, approving the motion 7-0 on Nov. 19, 2025.

Superintendent Darla Nolen presented the slate for the 2026 Bell County Appraisal District Board of Directors election; the district has 28 votes to allocate. Trustee Alex Bass moved that all 28 votes be cast for Sam Fulcher; Kacee Nabours seconded the motion. The board approved the recommendation unanimously, 7-0.
