Carrie Folken presented information about the Business Employment Skills Team (B.E.S.T.) program and said 5 youths and 1 dislocated worker received services and enrolled in the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act program during the program year July 1, 2023–June 30, 2024. Folken reported participants were placed in three businesses within Putnam County and thanked the board for their participation in supporting the program.
