The Atlanta ISD Board on Feb. 24 approved multiple actions to advance the district's scoreboard project. Trustees approved the selection of a design professional, authorized Job Order Contracting (JOC) as the construction procurement method, and selected Bailey Neon & Signs as the TIPS vendor and job order contractor, delegating contracting authority to proceed.
