The board voted to adopt TASB Policy Update 127, a set of compliance-driven revisions affecting local policies on topics such as superintendent nonrenewal, financial ethics and fraud reporting, employment practices, and gifted and talented procedures. Interim Superintendent Dr. Austin Crawley reviewed the changes and noted they are primarily aimed at statutory or regulatory compliance.
