The Borger ISD board voted to approve a DOI Phase Out Plan and an accompanying amendment "with the changes Mrs. Blansett discussed with the board," according to the motion recorded in the minutes. The motion was made by Mrs. Cyndee Hickman and seconded by Mr. Keegan Neill and carried 6-0.
