The Bonham ISD Board of Trustees voted 7-0 to approve a Targeted Improvement Plan (TIP) for Finley-Oates Elementary School at the Dec. 15 meeting. Trustee Sean Floyd moved for approval and Dr. LaTonia Arris seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
