The board approved a longevity pay plan for district employees during the Oct. 20 meeting. The motion passed unanimously, 5-0, and was recorded under Action Item 'Consider approval of Longevity Plan.'

At its Oct. 20, 2025 meeting the Bonham ISD Board approved the proposed Longevity pay plan for employees. The motion to approve was made by Sean Floyd and seconded by Myles Galyon; the minutes record a 5-0 vote in favor.
