Trustee Scott Cessna moved to approve the prime contractors for construction of the Blue Ridge ISD new intermediate school; Trustee Gary Lillard seconded. The motion passed with six trustees voting in favor and one abstention: "Abstain (With Conflict)" by Trustee Lonnie Murphy.
