Board accepts retirement, notes Emergency Operations Plan updates after closed session
Following a closed session on the district Emergency Operations Plan and personnel, the board reconvened and Superintendent Craig announced acceptance of a retirement from Cari Martin effective June 2026 and noted updates to the EOP and Active Threat Annex.

The board went into closed session at 7:08 PM under the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551, Subchapters D and E, to receive information on the district Emergency Operations Plan and Active Threat Annex and to discuss personnel matters. The board reconvened at 7:26 PM.
