Corey Blackburn, the district's Chief Construction Officer, presented the Facility Educational Specifications to the board on Feb. 5. Trustee Kim Brady moved to approve the specifications; Secretary Ileana Garza Rojas seconded the motion and the board voted 7-0 to carry the item.
