Wagoner County commissioners on July 20 approved a software-as-a-service (SAAS) agreement with Tyler Technologies to upgrade the county’s Eagle Recorder land-records software to a web-based solution. The motion was made by Commissioner James Hanning and seconded by Commissioner Randy Stamps; both voted "aye."
