Code Enforcement Officer Ron Maxwell reported annual fire inspections at The Legion, The Barns, the golf course and Town Hall and said applicants are submitting plans under the 2020 code; ZBA scheduled a public hearing Dec. 29, 2025 for a 7-foot setback variance requested by Kevin and Lauren O'Donoghue.
