The Rogers County Board of County Commissioners went into executive session at 9:08 a.m. under Oklahoma law (Okla. Stat. tit. 25, § 307(B)(4)) for confidential communications with its attorney, Assistant District Attorney Todd M. Wagner, regarding the workers' compensation claim of Ryan Price. The board returned to open session at 9:24 a.m.
