The Prosperity, Livability and Safety Committee voted Aug. 6 to adopt the City of High Point—s 2026 Short Range Transit Plan and authorized city officials to execute the documents needed to implement it. Mayor Pro Tem Monica Peters moved for adoption; consultant Alec Moore seconded and the motion passed by voice vote.
