The Village Board approved Ordinance 2026-05 to amend Chapter 18 of the zoning code to reconcile conflicting language about minimum finished above-grade dwelling area, making the minimum depend on the applicable residential or agricultural zoning classification. Zoning administrator Dunks explained the change is a cleanup of language already adopted when the RS1/RS2/RS3 classifications were created last year and does not itself reclassify parcels.
