Trustees approved TASB Localized Policy Update 125, adopted T-TESS and T-PESS evaluation systems (naming appraisers), recognized Upton County 4-H as extracurricular and appointed Raymond Quigg as adjunct faculty for 2025-26.

Trustees moved a slate of personnel and policy items at the August 27 meeting. The board approved TASB Localized Policy Update 125, which affects multiple local policy sections including board officer duties, board committees, admissions and wellness and health services. The motion to approve was moved by Crystal Marquez and seconded by Ramon Venegas and carried with the recorded vote in favor by all present trustees.
