Board accepts resignation after closed session

The board convened in executive session at 6:58 p.m. under Texas Government Code Section 551.074 to discuss personnel matters. When the board returned to open session at 7:15 p.m., Trustee Sheila Daughtrey moved to accept the resignation presented by administration; Trustee Lauren Woodard seconded. The motion carried 4-0.
