Trustees voted unanimously to approve an amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding between Pasadena ISD and AVANCE‑Houston, Inc. for Early Head Start and Head Start preschool services at Kruse Elementary for the 2025–2027 program term. The motion was made by Marshall Kendrick and seconded by Joe Campos.
